Mookie's Rockin' Brownies

actually stolen from a box

Ingredients:

• 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine or butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup flour

Procedure:

1. Heat oven to 350 ° F (325 ° F for glass baking dish).
2. Microwave chocolate and margarine in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
   or
   Melt chocolate and margarine in heavy 3-quart saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly.
3. Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread in greased foil-lined 13x9 inch baking pan.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not overbake. Cool in pan. Cut into squares.
5. Add hot fudge and snowcaps to make the brownies extra yummy! Just sprinkle them on top (the snowcaps).
